If you wish to delete your account and associated data from the ValueSoft CSR App or our other apps, developed by Kala Softech Private Limited, please follow the instructions below.
How to request account deletion
Send an email to info@kalasoftech.com with the subject line Delete My Account.
Include your registered mobile number and name in the email to help us process your request.
What data will be deleted
- User account and login credentials
- Personal details (name, contact number, email, etc.)
- Transaction and interaction history
- Preferences and settings stored in the app
Data retention
Some data such as transaction logs or invoices may be retained for up to 6 months to comply with legal and regulatory requirements. Any retained data will not be used for any other purpose.
